Truckee Pro Rodeo - Volunteer Opportunity
Join us for the Truckee Pro Rodeo! This is TDH's main fundraising event of the year as we run the Bars & Snack Shack at the Rodeo. Follow the link below to sign-up to volunteer (& receive free entry to the Rodeo on the day of your shift!)

About the event
Truckee Pro Rodeo Association is host to the annual Truckee Pro Rodeo.
TDH is an active part of this annual rodeo - as we host the Rodeo Bars and Saturday's Dirt Dance & Concert with "Everyday Outlaw" as our largest fundraiser each year! Our TDH Juniors Drill Team also performs at the start of the Rodeo's events on Friday & Saturday nights.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Support TDH and get free entry to the Rodeo by signing up for a Volunteer Spot. This is a fun way to meet others, enjoy the Rodeo, and support our organization. ALL WELCOME - membership not required. Encourage your friends to volunteer with you!
SIGN UPS are available now to help with our Truckee Pro Rodeo bars, Snack shack, & Saturday dance.
Volunteering helps TDH raise money for member events, our TDH Juniors program, college scholarships, & more - plus it's super-fun! There are many roles available to choose from throughout the Rodeo week happening August 27-30, 2026 - and include options for various ages & interests.

* Friday 8/28, 10:00am-2:00pm & 1:00pm-5:00pm (Setup)
* Friday 8/28, 4:00pm-8:00pm (ID checkers, Ticket sales, Bartenders)
* Saturday 8/29, 2:00pm-4:30pm & 4:30pm-7:00pm (ID checkers, Ticket sales, Bartenders)
* Saturday 8/29, 7:00pm-10:00pm (Dirt Dance & Concert!* - ID checkers, Ticket sales, Bartenders)
* Sunday 8/30, 10:00am-12:00pm (Cleanup)
